01 How long is a session?
You pick at the start — 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Free gets one 15-minute session per month. Pro gets a 225-minute monthly bucket you can spend however you want: 5 full 45-minute mocks, 15 quick 15-minute drills, or any mix.
02 Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Each month’s minutes expire at the end of the billing period — they don’t carry over. We do this so the price reflects time you actually use.
03 What’s in the launch discount?
All paid plans are 50% off during the launch period. Launch seats are limited; once they’re gone, launch pricing closes. After the launch period we’ll give existing subscribers at least 30 days’ notice before list pricing kicks in.
04 Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep using the plan until then. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
05 Do you offer refunds?
Yes — there’s a 14-day refund window for first-time, accidental, or duplicate charges. Email support@systemdesign.so. Full details are in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
